St. Louis Bail Bondsman PDF Print E-mail

There are three possible bonding locations for bail bonds in St. Louis depending on the nature of the arrest, the nature of the warrant the defendant is being held on, the time of day, and the day of the week you want us to post bond for your loved one.

If you do not know where your loved one is being held we can help you. To help determine where they may be bonded out we will ask questions such as:

  • The date and approximate time of arrest.
  • The nature of the charge.
  • Has the arrested person had a court appearance yet?
Based on these answers we will determine if they are being held in one of the jails below. If you do not know these answers we will simply call each admitting desk and find out if they are on the current inmate roster.

St. Louis City Justice Center

One possible location is the St. Louis City Justice Center which is located at the corner of Tucker and Clark. Bail Bonds may be posted at this location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mel Carnahan Court House

The second possible location to post a bail bond is the Mel Carnahan Court House. Bonds here must be posted during the normal hours of the court. You can find the court house at the corner of Tucker and Market.

St. Louis County Justice Center

The last possible location for a bail bond in St. Louis is at the St. Louis County Justice Center which is sometimes called the Buzz Westfall Justice Center. You can find the Justice Center in Downtown Clayton, Missouri. Bonds can be posted here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are looking to post a bond in the county you may be trying to post it in one of the many municipalities that allow surety bonds. The municipalities include Overland, Brentwood, Creve Coeur, Kirkwood, Eureka, Jennings, Town and Country, Sunset Hills, Chesterfield, and Des Peres. If the city you are looking for is not on this list then your bond is most likely cash only bail bond.
